Something new the Husband and I hope to start doing more on the blog is telling you about Groupon deals to check out. If you don’t know what Groupon is, they are discounted gift certificates to restaurants, museums, and other activities in cities all over the United States. I’ve personally become hooked on Groupon and so far we have used a Groupon at Josie’s and the Atomic Testing Museum. I have some for future use for yoga, cupcakes, and a spa (plus more restaurants of course) I’m currently receiving emails for Groupons in Las Vegas, Washington DC (where I”m using my cupcake ones this fall!), and Charlotte but I also check out Portland, San Diego, Chicago, and New York from time to time.  When we notice ones we recommend, we’ll try to post them here on the blog.

Key thing to remember with Groupon – you can only buy them the day they’re for sale.  Each day there’s a new special!

So, the reason for this post today – blog reader Leslie highly recommends today’s Las Vegas Groupon for Nora’s Wine Bar & Osteria.  It’s out in Summerlin, which we haven’t had a chance to get to yet, but based on her recommendation, we’re adding it to our list.  You should too!

They’re having two options for Groupons – $20 for $40 worth of dinner and drinks and/or $10 for $20 worth of lunch and drinks.  We’ll be getting the dinner one as I don’t see us out there for lunch any time soon.
