After our late and very filling lunch at Skybox my colleagues and I knew we wouldn’t be up for dinner even after walking around the strip and admiring all the fun views. We decided to make plans for a late dessert back in Aria at Jean Philippe Patisserie. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was this very modern, glass encased store and dessert foodie heaven.
Cases of truffles…
Mini candy cakes
Items for those not with a sweet craving… sandwiches
And back to the sweets with mini cakes and pastries
Lots of fun decorations ![]()
And gelato!
Last but not least, the crepe station!!!
On display there was a berry crepe (below) and a chocolate crepe. The menu provided many options including savory, breakfast type crepes.
I went with the Chocolate Crepe. It was a fresh crepe topped with brownies (with nuts), cocoa, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream. It actually wasn’t as good as it looked
I would have preferred some of the toppings to actually be IN the crepe instead of on it and I also don’t like brownies with nuts :-/ I will have to try another next time!
My boss and his wife ordered two of the mini cakes. The first was essentially chocolate pudding inside of a gooey chocolate casing. Very rich and sweet!
The second was a raspberry cheesecake with a white chocolate casing. I’m not a white chocolate fan but the cheesecake inside was very good!
The other colleagues that joined in the dessert outing ordered gelato and were very happy with their choices! These desserts were a great taste with which to end the day and reasonably priced (at least in Vegas terms).

Jean Philippe is spectacular!
I love this place!! thanks for sharing your experience!
