About two weeks ago, you may remember that we celebrated our friend’s birthday at Pamplemousse. After our wonderful dinner, four of us headed to the Strip to continue the party with dueling pianos. We headed over to the Encore’s Eastside Lounge where there are dueling pianos at night. The lounge [...] Up until about 6:00pm on New Years Eve, the Husband and I were unsure what our plans would entail that evening. Our friends Carolyn and Martin were in town and during the day we had enjoyed ourselves at the Hoover Dam and the Boulder Dam Brewing Company. We came home for some relaxation and naps [...] This year, the Husband and I have decided not to exchange gifts and to plan date nights to celebrate the holidays (we are big of fans of creating memories over buying things for each other, unless we find something truly special to give).
